Please mark your calendars for the Fall Sports Preseason Meeting on Wednesday, August 12th at 6 PM in the high school auditorium. This meeting is mandatory for all parents and students who will be participating in a fall sport this year.
Also, just a reminder to please register for all three seasons as soon as possible by following the instructions below! Thank you!
This year, we are asking families to register for the sports their child wants to play for the entire year. Please be sure to check off the sports for Fall, Winter, and Spring seasons! This will give our coaches access to your information in the event they need to communicate with you during the off season and will also give us accurate numbers for scheduling purposes.
The East Granby Athletic Department uses Final Forms for sports registration. Please follow the steps below to complete your registration.
Families who are new to Final Forms:
Please register at: https://eastgranby-ct.finalforms.com/ and follow the prompts to create your account, create your students and sign your forms. Keep in mind, parents MUST create an account first and then add their student(s) who will be asked to create an account and sign forms afterwards. Please use student school email addresses.
For guidance, click on the Parent Playbook (Spanish version) which provides step by step instructions. If you require any support during the process, please let me know.
Families who already have an EG Final Forms Account:
Please login to your Final Forms account ( https://eastgranby-ct.finalforms.com/ ) and add the sports for each of your students. Please double check the contact information that is on the account for both students and parents. This platform is used to send important communication to families, so it is imperative that we have the correct contact information.
Sports Physical and Pay to Participate
Pay to participate fees will open as we approach the season and must be paid before the athlete's first competition. Please do NOT pay the fees at this time. A reminder will be sent out when we are ready to collect the fees. Each athlete must have an updated sport's physical prior to the start of the regular season for their sport.
Please see below for sport's seasons official start dates.
FALL - August 24th (football begins earlier, please check emails)
WINTER - December 3rd (wrestling and girls basketball begin November 30th)
SPRING - March 20th
I look forward to seeing you all soon! Please reach out if you have any questions.
